WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our USA warehouses and we will do everything we can to get you your order as fast as we can!

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST I THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, please contact Customer Service for us to be able to help you.

 

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS WHAT DO I DO NOW?

 Simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at fromhomefitnessco@gmail.com If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense. You must contact the store before any goods are returned. Goods returned without prior authorization will be refused. Merchandise that is pre-approved to be returned must be returned in original, undamaged condition and its original packaging and at the cost of the sender, including both shipping charges and any brokerage or duty that is applicable. Orders paid for by credit card will be refunded as a credit onto the original credit card used for payment. If any of this is unclear, please feel free to contact customer service before placing your order.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund, or credit. If there is obvious damage to the package upon delivery, please note the condition of the package on the waybill or refuse the delivery altogether. Please contact your sales rep should you ever refuse a shipment. Once goods are in your possession for more than 48 hours, we cannot accept any claims for damage.

We are committed to respecting your privacy. We do not sell or disclose our customer information to other sources. During a sales transaction, your credit card information, if submitted, is never stored. Any information we collect from you is solely for the processing of your order. If you choose to sign up for our mailing list, on occasion we will send you targeted marketing information or special product offers. In every marketing email, you will have the option to unsubscribe and avoid receiving future emails from us.

 

REFUND POLICY

OUR 30 DAY WARRANTY

 

All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from purchase. If the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at fromhomefitnessco@gmail.com we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.
